Q&A

How to submit a transportation order?

The most convenient way to place an order is to use the dedicated Pharmalink Logistics System application, which you can log into in the customer panel above.

Our customers, after starting cooperation, receive a login and password, which allow them to use the application to its full extent. In case you do not have access to the application, please provide such information to your account manager or use the contact form in the Contact Us section.

How do I check the status of a shipment?

When sending a shipment through Pharmalink, you can check its status yourself at any time using the Pharmalink Logistics System - Customer Panel application. On the main page of the application, you can enter a waybill number and search for the shipment of interest. If additional search filters are needed, you can use the tracking under the "Reports" tab.

What is the current fuel surcharge

The current price of diesel fuel for the period 01.10.2024-31.10.2024 is 4762 PLN/m3. The current fuel surcharge is 16,50%. Fuel Surcharge Table.

What does temperature monitoring look like in transportation?

Pharmalink transports shipments in the temperature range: 15 - 25°C, the so-called warm chain, 2 - 8°C active cold chain and in dry ice, at temperatures below - 20°C. The cars in our fleet have two isothermal compartments, guaranteeing the transportation of medicines within the designated temperature ranges. Pharmalink was the first logistics operator to implement a GPS system in its vehicles, allowing it to constantly monitor temperature conditions during transport. Temperature control is carried out both in the cargo compartments and, upon request, can be carried out directly in the shipments, using electronic temperature recorders. Each recorder has a calibration certificate and its own serial number for easy identification. Pharmalink also has an internal system for checking and verifying monitoring devices.

Upon request, we provide temperature printouts for each shipment.
